My husband worked with you to plan out our itinerary for Egypt, and we returned from our trip last week.
What an amazing country you have! I cannot tell you what an eye-opening experience our trip was...and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your organization for making our trip so fantastic! Everything worked out smoothly, all of the people who met us and accompanied us were knowledgeable, thoughtful and eager to showcase your amazing.country.
Mr. Zaidan (I think that is the spelling of his name) who met us in Cairo, and who was the last to see us off when we left Egypt,, was very nice. We had a series of very interesting conversations with him about Egypt, both modern and ancient, and he turned out to be a thoughtful, and very intellectual man. I enjoyed his company!
I would also like to take this opportunity to let you know that you have a real asset in the guide that accompanied us in Aswan and Luxor, Mr. Bishoy. He is a real gem and is a real asset for your company. He is enthusuatic, thorough, and deeply knowledgeable. He went far beyond the call of duty to make our trip absolutely fabulous! I cannot begin to tell you about the number of ways in which he went out of his way to ensure that we were comfortable and had all our needs met.. At one point, we were assigned a car in Luxor, whose airconditioning was not too good, and he did not stop until we were given another van which worked better. I particularly wanted to take photographs of Luxor by night, which was not specifically on our itinerary, and he figured out a way that I could. Another time, I wanted to get a very specific type of wood tray, and he scouted out a source for me, juggled our schedule and made sure I got there and did my shopping with ease. He was so knowledgeable, warm and affectionate. I cannot praise him enough, or thank him enough for all the ways in which he made our trip to Aswan and Luxor truly memorable. I do not have his contact information, so I would be very grateful if you would pass on our regards and deep appreciation to him.
Again, thank you for making our trip so wonderful. Everything worked smoothly, we had a terrific time and we look forward to visiting your amazing country again. Many of our friends have asked for your contact information, and we have passed it on. I know that if they work with your company they wll have the trip of a lifetime!

Our family worked with ICANTRAVEL to build a custom 10 day/9 night tour. This trip totally met/exceeded our expecations. It was an excellent value for the money. We were supported at every staep of the trip from when we walked off the airplane to our departure 10 days later. Accomedations were as promised (although don't expect to sleep much on the sleeper train, if you use it). While I was nervous about wiring part of the total program fee before we arrived, I would do it again if I traveled there. ICANTRAVEL was a professional organization that can be depended on.
